Historical cell site data? What is that?
If you read the title of the CLE and asked yourself that exact question: What is that? You are not alone. What many people fail to realize, when using their cellphone, is their cellphone is sharing information with the tower it used to connect the call which could later be analyzed to determine their approximate location, date, and time when making the call. As anyone could guess, trial lawyers equipped with this information are likely going to want to get it admitted into evidence. Mr. Mike Perry will share his experience with using historical cell site data in litigation and provide those attending the CLE with valuable information on how courts have treated the use of this information as evidence in court cases. Mr. Perry is a personal injury lawyer currently practicing in Birmingham, Alabama. He honorably served a decade as a Paralegal in the Army National Guard leaving the service in 2018. The zoom invitation will be sent to all those registered 24 hours prior to the date of the CLE. The cost is $10 for members and $25 for non-members.
