JAGALP will be hosting their next quarterly CLE on Saturday November 19, 2022, at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The CLE will be conducted via zoom. The zoom link for the event will be emailed directly to registrants the day prior.

The CLE will provide an overview of both the Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) two critically important laws that directly impact servicemembers. The CLE will be led by a former Army Judge Advocate and Iraq War Veteran, Mr. AJ Balbo. Mr. Balbo is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia that primarily practices in the area of Criminal Defense but has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both military and civilian law.
